I am trying to install third-party product at C:\Program Files (x86)\ and getting this error.

Hi there,
the error that you are facing is generally caused when the user doesn't have the necessary permission to write into some folders.

You can solve this problem by:-
Solution1.
-Navigate to the directory
-right-click and select new then select text document.
-If you are able to save text files without error then you will have permission to write it.

Solution2.
-disable antivirus while installing the software or product and also have to take prior permission from the antivirus company.
