SOLVED Netplwiz softwre error.

Netplwiz has no longer facility [ ] User must enter name + Password to use this computer. I can no longer sign in without entering password. How can this be rectified?

Gremlins certainly looks most likely, netplwiz has mysteriously returned and all now working as normal.

Try using
control userpasswords2
from the Run dialog box
It's basically the same tool as the Network Password List Wizard and
Both generally produce the same dialog box interface
