Trying to read Linux Ext3 video files transferred to HDD from a Humax satellite receiver. Tried all the usual ext3 drivers that used to work with Win7 but none seem to work. ext2fsd, ifs, Paragon extfs etc etc.
PartionMagic 9.1 shows the hard drive correctly as ext3.
    Any ideas??

Paragon appears to have drivers for W10... have you tried and failed with this and if so have you talked to Paragon support?

Then I wonder... doesn't the Windows Insider version have Linux stuff built in now?

Or, load but not install a Linux version on CD and see if can read the files. Then dump them to a USB drive in FAT32
