SOLVED Extreme Screen Tearing on Windows 10

I recently updated my Windows 8.1 to Windows 10, and after I did so, I got some extreme screen tearing on my secondary monitor. I've tried restarting the PC, switching from VGA to HDMI, and nothing seems to work. As mentioned, I have two monitors. One is 60hz, and the other (my main) is 144hz. There should be a pretty obvious difference, but the 60hz monitor's screen tear is much worse than what it used to be. However, when I change the 60hz monitor to my main display, the screen tearing disapears, but when I have my main monitor as my main display, the screen tearing goes apeshit.

Please help.

I am experiencing the same issue. I don't see any resolution, yet it is marked solved. Can anyone point me in the right direction please?
