When trying to scroll down through a folder, Windows 10 resets to display the top of the folder every few seconds - highly irritating and time-wasting. Any solutions please?
Seems to be linked to a desktop background slideshow, so.....
If you have one in-place, try changing it to a static background and see if that stops the issue.
