SOLVED Got Message Saying Slimware/Driverupdate

The rest of the message states Microsoft Windows 10 Pro. Register Now.

Is this message from Microsoft and so it is safe to update the driver or should I ignore it and delete it?

I would ignore it. Was the PC working fine before this message? If so definitely delete it.

I replied saying that I will delete it, but can't find it. Where in Windows 10 do I look for it.

The Laptop is still working.

I ran Malwarebytes and the report said that the threats are now removed, so thank you Tim for your help.
