You might be able to rescue your computer by enabling the normally hidden / disabled Administrator account and use that to possibly fix the password problem on your local user account.
You'll need to boot from the installation media. If you do not have the installation media on hand you can download the ISO from here
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
Once you have the ISO, you can use ImgBurn to burn it to a DVD, http://imgburn.com/
or Rufus to burn it to a USB ThumbDrive, http://rufus.akeo.ie/
either of which you can use to boot your computer.

THEN...
Follow the steps outlined here

No I didn't have any luck with the suggestions. Guess I'll pay someone to fix. You would think this would be a simple fix.
Thanks

Sorry to hear that.
I've used that technique several times and it always has worked for me.
At what point in the process did you encounter your difficulty??

Thank you very much for trying to help me. I'm not very bright when it comes to keeping my computer running. since my original post I totally messed up my drive with windows. So I going to another site to see how to reload my windows 10 pro. I'm going to mark this one as competed.

OK....
Sorry to hear about your continued difficulties.
I hope you have backups of your critical data.
As far as reinstalling the Operating System, it's relatively simple.
IF Windows starts and runs, simply use the Windows ISO. Mount it and run setup.exe to perform and in-place upgrade repair by selecting "upgrade".
IF Windows will not start, just boot from the installation media and follow the on screen prompts to install.

The long and short of it is that your user profile is corrupt and there is no known fix aside from just using a different account. If you don't have another account, aside from the Guest account, you may well be looking at a reinstall of the OS. With any luck, one of the others will have a potential solution for creating a new account short of reinstalling the OS.
