I'm very new to Windows 10. I used to click where the Start icon is and, depending on where I clicked or if it was a left click or right click (I can't remember), I would get different menus. Also, I could get a Windows 8 'look.' Now, I've lost that and think I may have clicked on something that made this happen. Could someone please tell me how to get it back? Thank you.

In Windows 10, a right-click on the Start icon will give you the text based menu. I'm not sure what you mean by a Windows 8 'look'. If you want to show small icons for all of the installed programs on your screen, try turning on Tablet Mode: Settings > System > "Tablet mode" from the list on the left side of the window.
