Having trouble installing a driver

I am using a device that has two dongles. All was working perfectly, but then on startup, I was unable to operate the software/hardware. It gives a DB that says no communication with the H/W.
Can someone walk me through installing the driver?

it would help if you tell us what the dongles are (make/model) and maybe someone can help you further!.

Are they for a KB and mouse?. Are they Bluetooth devices?.
