I have a brand new installation Windows 10 pro 64 bits

I ran through all updates

The problem I have if the file name without extension has 2 it does not work in the system correctly.

Similar problem with passwords and the number of characters bigger - all numbers

Files with system information and sfc /scannow attached

I've found that a problem can exist when files do not have an extension, Windows won't know what program to use to open then, won't know what was used to create them. If files do have an extension and not seen it may be that the default is to hide those extensions in File Explorer. That can be changed to show the extension.

Seems also that you have a STORE issue,
This in most cases will fix STORE in all OS Windows -
use from Command prompt as Admin
1. powershell -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $Env:SystemRoot\WinStore\AppxManifest.XML

next Clear Store Cache for Default Apps

1. Press the Windows+R keys on your keyboard to open the Run dialog.

2. Type WSReset.exe, and click/tap on OK.

3. In Windows 8/10 and Windows RT, the Store will now open, and state the following: The cache for the store was cleared. You can now browse the store for apps.
