Windows 10 is working bad

Everytime I tried to open a web page I see a notice go to network setting. Check your wifi and after 3 second open the page and when I working in the page close the web page. All this happen after I upgrade to windows 10

What browser are you using? IF "Edge" try using IE instead.
Start Button, All Apps, Windows Accessories, Internet Explorer.
Some information about the computer might be helpful... Manufacturer Name, Model Name, Model number (complete model number).
Additionaly some specifics as to the exact network adapter you are using.... Wireless, Wired, Integrated, USB Dongle, Manufacturer's Name, Model Name, Model Number
