Ok let me start by saying I don't know much about this stuff so bear with me plz. I have two problems:

1. Every time I restart or startup my computer the wifi driver does not work so I have to uninstall it then reinstall it.

My computer is a Lenovo y510p the driver that I used is intels: Wireless_18.12.1_ Win64
Not sure if I should be using this specific one.

2. The start Menu does not work and I cannot right click on anything in the taskbar.

For a time putting this:

Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}
into the Admin PowerShell prompt fixed the start menu and it also fixed the rightclick on icons in taskbar. However this does not work for me anymore!
also when I restart explorer.exe in task manager my taskbar fails to work and my desktop background turns black!
Please can anyone help me and Thankyou for your Time!!
