How to change London News to Look East on TV

Hello every one
Before Christmas I always looked at Look East for my local news which I enjoyed, having been away over Christmas , the TV has changed to London News , I've tried to reverse it back to Look East but failed so far , have you any ideas ????? I live in Bedfordshire and have Virgin Media . Plase Help Thank You.
