How to disable right click on startmenu windows tiles?

Hi All,
Greetings!!

Currently I am working on windows10 start menu. Right now my task is to deny right click on start menu windows tiles. Like I don't want to see Unpin from start, Resize, turn live tile off, pin to taskbar, Uninstall, Run as administrator etc..
I already looked at group policy, but no luck. I need to implement this in domain level. Kindly help me to solve the problem. Thanks in advance!!
