SOLVED How to fix Chrome flags not working?

--window-size and --window-position flags not working

not matter what, Chrome always start in fullscreen mode

afaik, you must set each app icon properties one by one, see the link below.
That's not helpful at all.

I will mark it as solved, since i have mange solve it by myself.

Auto delete Sandboxie was bugged, and was require delete manually.

Auto delete Sandboxie was bugged, and was require delete manually.

Edit: It was not Sandboxie after all. I later found out that it's because of the User Profiles.

One have to start Chrome with the guest flag called:

--profile-directory=Guest Profile"

The --window-size and --window-position flags somehow not work, when the Chrome User Profile store too much information.

Deleting the User Profiles or start in Guest Mode solve it.
