HOW to FIX External_Hard_Drive RAW partition to NTFS WITHOUT DATA LOSS?

By reinstalling Win 10, not sure how, 1) Samsung M3 EHD wouldn't appear in File Explorer 2) With Simple New Volume Wizard and without Formatting finally showed up as Local Disk J: RAW so my Q: How to convert RAW to NTFS without data loss, any tips?

Thnx for the tip downloaded the FREE Partition Wizard version, see what it can do, $99 is not what I call cheap but it's light in the tunnel

a good 100% free partition tool is GParted (Linux based partition tool) which you can use for all (as far as I know) formats. download the ISO image file and either create a bootable USB stick version or DVD, whichever you prefer, it is very good and I have used it for years!.

I'm waiting first for the partition wizard finish the ..quick scan, takes hours
then I'll dive in the Linux GParted stuff, I hope is doable ..am such a noob
