How To Get Rid of Deleted User A/c Still Appearing on Login Screen?

Hello. I have Googled this but have not found anything that helped.
I deleted an unwanted user account and it is definitele deleted but still appears on login screen although there is nothing for it to log in to.

Any way to get rid of it?

I tried turning off password protection as per another thread here, but it didn't work and now I have another"user" (not actually a user at all, but it acts like there is credentials for it) on my login screen Named $Homegroup.$. I cannot get rid of it, either.
