How can I get Windows 7 back??
The instructions may be a little lengthy. Make sure you follow the steps correctly. If what you see in your computer does not match with what the instruction says, please post back and ask for clarification..........................
( hopefully you won't get interrupted by the shutdown every 30 seconds issue )
Go to Safe Mode :
Restart your computer but do NOT sign in.
In the sign in screen, there is a
Power icon at bottom right. Yes ?
Click it and a popup box will appear with 3 options, one of which is
Restart. Yes ?
Press the
SHIFT key and
hold, click
Restart > ( release the hold ).
A blue screen will appear with several options.................

Troubleshooting.
select
Advanced Options
select
Startup Settings
click the
Restart button at bottom right
A new window will appear with a list of options. You want #5.
#5 is the option to go to Safe Mode.
Press 5 in your keyboard.
You are now in safe mode. Hopefully it will not shut down every 30 seconds.
click Start button > left side, click Settings > select Update & Recovery > left side, select Recovery.
Right side, is there an option of Go back to Windows 7 ?
If yes, click the Get started button underneath.
From then on, just follow the prompts and let the computer revert back to your Win 7 operating system.
