SOLVED How to increase Notification displayed time

I am thankful Windows 10 shows notifications displayed from the right side of the screen.

But most of the time the Notification disappears before fully read.

More so when its Windows Defender telling you something about its scan or whatever.

Can the length of time the Notification displayed on screen be adjusted for a longer period to have a chance of reading of what I am being told if don't catch it immediately.
