How to Set-WindowsSearchSetting -SafeSearchSetting Off

Hello!
because I have troubles with Windows search, I want to switch
SafeSearchSetting to off.
With powershell as administrator
Set-WindowsSearchSetting -SafeSearchSetting Off
I get the alert
WindowsSafeSearchSetting: Can't choose this setting.
It's been set by Family Safety.
but there is no Family Safety on my machine.
