How to turn off Windows Defender in Windows 10?

I've tried off it from setting but it still scans some folders like windows activator. How can I fix it?

Hi,

are you using another AV app?, if you are, it will/should disable itself. If you want to disable it yourself (I DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT YOU DO THIS IF YOU DO NOT HAVE ANOTHER AV APP INSTALLED!).

Open Windows Security > Virus & threat protection > Virus & threat protection settings > Manage settings > Real time protection > On/Off. :) :) :)
