I have an old PST file that was created in an earlier version of Outlook (possibly 2002 or earlier), and I believe its in the ANSI format. I need to upgrade or convert it to the newer Unicode format so I can use it with modern versions of Outlook, like 2016.
Is there a safe and reliable way to upgrade a PST file without losing any emails, contacts, or folders?
