I do not see why not?? this could be a folder created by the Windows AU upgrader (Windows10upgradexxxx.exe). Would seem logical.... If you have already the AU (1607) then you should be able to delete it without consequences...
I agree, but just to be on the safe side and since it is only 15.4 megs copy and paste it to a thumb drive or somewhere else safe, before you delete it.
