How to use regedit to change my laptop from a portable workstation to a normal laptop

I get an annoying message from Windows (10) Backup - and i do not use this facilty
Message says "This feature not available on portable workstation" .
BUT I never deliberately changed my laptop to a portable workstation.

Because of this "Portable Workstation" setting, Windows 10 Update does not work.

I believe that I can use regedit to change back to normal laptop, but do not know how
