HP Webcam 3110 not working after Windows 10 upgrade

I seem to be having issues with my webcams. Every time I plug one into a USB port I receive a "USB Device Not Recognized" notice. I have uninstalled and installed the driver many times and restarted the computer. I have also tried an older LifeCam VX1000 with the same results. Is there any solution?

Have you gone to their website to see if they have a Windows 10 compatible driver?
