HOW TO CHANGE BACK THE ICONS ON MY DESK TOP FROM EDGE TO INTERNET EXPLORER???

Have you configured Internet Explorer as you default browser?

Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Default Programs\Set Default Programs
Select Internet Explorer in the left column and click Set this program as default at the bottom.

Try your desktop icons (I assume you mean shortcuts) now and see if they open in Internet Explorer.
