I wonder if the Jump ahead builds have the same problem the last RS4 build seems to have had?

An interesting point raised, Saltgrass. Assuming the builds are sequentially worked on, how come they have bypassed that one.

The jump ahead builds probably were split off maybe 3 months ago or somewhere in that time frame. So the fact 17133 may have a problem, doesn't automatically mean they have a problem, but it could very well be the case.
