IQRL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL & ntoskrnl.exe BSOD

Okay so here's a thing that has only made me scratch my head. I have a high end pc, I can play any game I can think of non stop, best settings. As soon as I try GTA V. I get that BSOD. It's very random and I can't seem to pinpoint what's going on, any help is appreciated. I have attached the minidump.

Specs:
mobo: asus 970 pro gaming aura mobo
ram: 16gb (4x4) kingston DDR3
cpu: amd fx 8350
gpu: evga gtx 980 kingpin
Hdd/ssd: 1
psu: nzxt hale 90 1000w psu
wifi card: TP-Link N300 Wireless PCI-Express Adapter (TL-WN881ND)

many problem can do this ... faulty hardware .. overcloaking windows corruption ...

try install directx... check log from windows to be sure you dont have any error

I may have found a fix, now you may think I;m crazy, but I turned off Cool 'n Quiet in my BIOS, I've been playing for over an hour and a half with absolutely no issues. Prior, 20 minutes was a lucky run.
