Issue with system UI

Hello I am attaching a photo. My PC will show an empty box for a UI such as system or control panel and even my system tray can anoyone give some advice? Even chrome has this issue is a cache issue a possibility?

Hi Dominique,

It's possible some system files may be damaged.

If you able to try the following:

• right-click on Start and select Command Prompt (Admin)
• When the User Account Control opens click Yes
• In the Administrator: Command Prompt window that opens type the following:
  
  

  SFC /SCANNOW

  
  Press Enter key to execute.
  
  When done, close window and restart computer to see whether the issue is resolved.

Report back if the issue continues.

Did that before the post. (see cmd in photo) all files are good

Ahh, sorry I did not enlarge the attached photo but now see you tried that all ready - sorry.

Have you burned the windows 10 iso image to a DVD or created a boot usb stick?

If you have I can give you some instructions on how to use that to attempt a repair.
