Have had at least 3 clients call me that they had record locking issues with all their multi-user MS Access databases.
Only one person could open an MS Access database. Others got messages - "couldn't lock file", "can't open ...", etc.
Found out it might be related to KB5002104 update. Seemed to be limited to Office/Access 2013 version.
We uninstalled the update and multiple users were able to open the databases at the same time.
Hope MS comes up with a fix soon.
