Issue with using windows 10 repair disk

I wasn't able to update my computer to windows 11, so I decided to do a clean install to clean up windows. I was able to complete the clean install, however I did run into a problem. I made a new windows 10 repair disk. When I tried to use it I ran into a problem I never had before. When it loads it asks for your Microsoft hotmail password. This was never needed in all the years of using the repair disk. But even worse it would not accept the password. the password works for getting my mail from it, but not to get into the repair disk.
Has anyone else ran into this issue yet, or know how to fix it.

As far as I know repair disk should not do that unless your computer locked it out of something.
Check for malware or virus.
