I have been having this problem for a two days where the display turns to this after I wake up my screen. Is there any solutions to this and is this a driver issue?

Side Note: Everything in the screen works, it just looks like this.

Ouch! To make things easier get a monitor. Then go to windows search and search for device manager and look for any devices with problems.

The next time it happens try using this keyboard combo
Win+Ctrl+Shift+B

It's just a quick way to reset / restart your GPU driver.
See if that has any impact at all on your issue.

And try popping the cover to your computer off and check for any smells maybe a capacitor burned up or your gpu so I hope it is driver issue.
search the web for driver reviver and driver easy and download both install both and run both then update drivers with them use each program one at a time one finds drivers that the other program might miss. start with driver reviver

Thanks! It worked, but it is only temporary. Do you have any permanent solutions?

I have been having this problem for a two days
"two days" might suggest....
A windows update which you may be able to uninstall (view update history)
OR
A driver update which you may be able to roll back (device manager)

You should probably investigate further to confirm that it's a screen issue rather than an overall power config setting.

Try setting the display to never turn off (settings -> Power & sleep -> Screen)
AND
Instead substitute a blank screen saver (settings -> Lock screen -> Screen saver settings)

It may turn out to be more of a power config setting relating to a Sleep and or Hibernation setting.
You may also want to experiment with a "High Performance" power plan
AND
Experiment with toggling the "Fast startup" option to Off.
