Print Screen Issue

Hello,

Hopefully this is an easy fix, but I when press the print screen button and try to paste the image in Paint or Word, the image shows up smaller in the upper right-hand corner with poor resolution and there is a large black border in the lower-right section of the screen. I would appreciate info on how to fix this.

[Trouble]

Why not just use the built in print screen utility in Windows 10.
Hold down the Windows logo key on your keyboard (bottom left between Ctrl and Alt) then strike the Print Screen key on your keyboard.
That will automatically save an image in your Pictures folder in a sub-folder called "Screenshots"
You can then open that image in any photo program you want if you decide it needs further editing.
