SOLVED Strange Screen Issue

My Problem is that everything looks kinda pixel-ish, or zoomed in. like something is changing the resolution slightly. i believe my cat walked across the keyboard, and probably did something. if anyone knows how to fix this or has had this problem before, please tell me
