Keyboard and mouse no longer work

I have a one year old HP Pavilion desktop running Windows 10. Yesterday all of a sudden the mouse and keyboard stopped responding. The touch screen has also stopped responding. I have no access to my computer. We tried changing the batteries in both the keyboard and the mouse . We have tried a brand new wireless keyboard and mouse. We have tried putting the little Gadget that comes with the mouse into a different USB port. We have tried a brand new wired mouse and wired keyboard. We've tried everything we know to do and I have no access to my computer. Anybody have any ideas how to get my keyboard and mouse to respond?
