Lost blue tooth after last windows update

Can't reinstall ear phones and mouse after Win update and trouble shooter says I need an external blue tooth device. I've tried reinstalling devices and rebooting but still no blue tooth symbol in action center. What do I try next?

Desktop or Notebook? Do you have any Bluetooth listing in Device Manager, should be in Bluetooth and Network adapters? Which Version and Build of Win10?

What is the Build of Win10? Press WinKey + R, type winver to get that information.

I haven't had any issue with Bluetooth device drivers but maybe those from Dell would be better?

Reinstalled Dell drivers but didn't work. No blue tooth symbol in action center and devices not recognized in settings.

Fixed! Went back to Device Manager and deleted blue tooth link. This time, after rebooting, I clicked hardware changes link. Voila!
