O/S – Windows 10 Pro 64bit, version 20H2, O/S build 19042.1586
After installing the above, I also installed whatever updates were recommended on the Dell support website.
The hard drive seems to be performing well except for the audio function. Regardless of the media player used,
the volume is not as loud as it is on similar computers.
The Device Manager reveals no problems. I used the Device Manager to update the audio driver from WinSxS
but there was no change. The Device Manager shows the audio driver as - Microsoft, version 10.0.19041.264.
Is there a stand-alone audio driver I can install?
