Lumia WP 10 - App does not exist but the icon is in the list of apps.

Hello all.
I have a Lumia 730 under Windows Phone 10.
It works very well.
I just have a problem with Twitter that is no longer installed but the icon still appears in the list of apps.

I will be able to reset my Lumia and reinstall everything. But I do not want to :eek:
Of course, installing and uninstalling Twitter does not solve the problem.
I am rather looking to access the physical location (kind of start menu under Windows PC) to clean this list.
Although it is very technical, I would like to try if someone kindly give me the procedure to follow.
My Lumia is spoofed and Windows 10 updated!
