This, just started happening, since your upgrade to Windows 10?
How many drives (physical hard disks) are attached to your computer?
Are you dual booting any other operating system?
If the answers are 1 and no, then.......
Backup your critical data.
Boot into the Windows RE (recovery environment) from installation media or recovery / repair disk.
Use the command prompt option under advanced troubleshooting to type
bootrec /fixmbr
