Microphone not working after updating to Windows 10

After updating my laptop to Windows 10, my microphone stopped working. I tried all troubleshooting methods, including giving microphone permissions, but nothing worked. Additionally, Bluetooth is not working either - it shows "Bluetooth not available on this device," even though I was using Bluetooth before the update
