keeps popping up everytime i boot up. how can i fix it.

From what I can find, the error seems to be linked with a display driver update, specifically it looks like an AMD display driver.
You can try to roll back the driver in device manager and see if that helps.
Failing that, you might try uninstalling it and then rebooting and see if the proper driver is installed automatically for you.
