Me either. Stuck at Version 1607 (OS Build 14393.969).
Which arrived on 03/21/2017 courtesy of KB4015438
Just checked and didn't get KB4016635.
I think we saw something like this a while back where some of us got it and some didn't. Some even went out and got it manually from the update catalog.
Since it only seems to address two issues both of which are associated with KB4013429, I'll assume that since I didn't have either of those issue nor any issue with the subsequent KB4015438, I'll assume that I won't get it and don't need it.

Whilst they are freely available to the public, they are intended for IT managers to allow them to asses potential problems, before being included in the general "cumulative " mandatory updates. They will probably become as such in a future issue to windows 10 users.

They are, potentially, not a wise thing for the average user to install, as they could, possibly, be buggy,

Just to add, for the interested. Only the first, '35, is applicable to most computers. The others are more related to servers and enterprise.

'35 will bring the version up to 14393.970

Where did you get that Information?? The Update history does not reveal that.

I saw this info on a german pc website and also checked the history. These update may not be in the channels, they are FYI only (just like the update from 222 to 223 was)

I was notified by a peer, that it was available here:

Private networking channel

I have actually installed '35 on a Windows Pro laptop:

I would add that I have not yet found any problems.
As with official cumulative updates, it checks and only installs portions which have not, already, been downloaded.
At this stage, I am not too concerned with things going amiss. With the official version out in less than a month, all will be sorted.

I seem to remember when I received the notification up update KB4015438. There was a MS statement attached that said, KB4015438 will only address the issues reported with update for Windows 10 Version 1607 for x64-based Systems (KB4013429) It sure took long enough to install.

There is a certain model of Dell that is having BSOD problems. I don't have any specifics about why..

I have not been offered the newer update either, but it appears to replace the prior one. For an update to come out that fast, something must have hit the fan...
