My Hotmail account not showing any Mail after update!

I upgraded to Windows 10 and when I did that my e-mail accounts came over but for some reason my main email (HOTMAIL/OUTLOOK) is coming up empty. I have over 3000 emails but none are there. I have synced and waited for days no change. Gmail & Yahoo synced just fine.
I want them un-linked with there own icons/tiles so I can access them separately.
