Problems accessing Hotmail email account

We are having problems accessing our Hotmail account ever since we upgraded to Windows 10. We have tried going through Outlook.com, it doesn't load (despite working on other devices, laptop, iPhone) could this be a security setting? we are able to access the Internet so it's not a problem with the connection.

Launch your browser and in the URL Address bar (not the search engine text box) type

live.com

hit enter

could this be a security setting?

Not something native to Windows. Are you using any third party security suites?

Thank you for your response, now no browsers seem to be opening edge and chrome, wireless is connected. Any ideas ?
