Problems whith banners and notifications in Windows 10 1809

Hi ralcam,

what are your Settings > System > Notifications & actions settings like?, have you played around with them at all?.

Mine are messed up too. Also nothing will autoplay (usb hdd, devices, dvd's, etc). 1809 is a bit of a mess. Minor stuff, but annoying.
