I have an Asus computer, I bought it last year. I have windows 10. Today I turned it on and I was going to type in my PIN but when pressed down on the keys it didn't do anything. I tried using the on-screen keyboard but that didn't do anything either. The power button on the lower right corner doesn't work so I can't restart it or turn it off. I tried using the actual button but that didn't work either. I realized after a while that my keyboard DOES work, I can use the space bar, the delete key and the hyphen key. I don't know what's going on. I'm freaking out. Could this be a virus? Is there any way to fix this? Thanks. (Btw I'm sorry if I posted this in the wrong formu, I'm no tech expert and I'm not even sure what the actual problem is)
