Hello -
I recently upgraded from WIndows 7 to Windows 10
I use a Zoom 56K USB Modem because my Lenovo SL410 Laptop does not have an internal modem
I use PC Anywhere to dial into my company computers
Everything works as normal When I dial out into another computer and transfer files
But when I end the session (hang up the call) - then this blue screen comes up with
WDF_VIOLATION and automatically restarts my computer
Anyway you could recommend help? Thanks

Copy that, I'm using a Dell 56K modem and PC and having the exact same problem. Hopefully a repair will become available.

I have two laptop PCs. The one using external USB 56K modem has the same problem.
But another laptop using an internal 56K modem works fine with pcAnywhere.

I think the problem is in the Windows 10 external USB modem driver.

I also tried upgrade the modem driver provided by Conexant but it's still the same.

Wait for Microsoft to solve.
