Network printer cant be used from Windows 10 PC

Hi I have a printer an Epson R2400 connected to my home network by ethernet. It prints ok from the Win10 Pro PC its connected to and another PC running Win 10 Pro and also from an XP Pro PC. I have tried the Troubleshooter and it can't find any issues. The Win 10 Pro version I have running is different to those on the the other PCs and I suspect that it is this latest version that has caused me to lose my printing. Checking my versions on ther PC that is able to print to my network printer the version number is: 1607. The PC that cannot print is version number 1703. I am assuming that when the 1703 version was made it altered some setting.

Check that the printer default is set for your Epson R2400. I have also had trouble changing the default printer because the Windows Update was set for "Metered" Internet connection.
