New out of band update today

I think both updates mentioned the Registry entry could be a problem. That is why I checked mine and even added the entry on one system.

I did see some audio changes. On one system, a delay in producing system notification sounds was fixed. On another I was getting scratchy audio until I rebooted again after the update had finished and it seemed to clear up.
