SOLVED No results from Start key

My "Start" key no longer produces 'settings', 'file explorer' or the 'apps' box. Clicking on the window in the lower left corner of my screen does nothing.

Yes, the right click does work.

Although I wasn't able to access my "power.restart" icon from the Start key, I power cycled my PC and that seems to have corrected the issue of my Start Key not working.
